• Welfare Benefit Appeals

We assist  asylum seekers, refugees and new migrants, but also people from the more established BME communities. Around half of our clients are from the EU.



Our service users come from 120 countries, with the main communities originating from Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and Eritrea as well as from the new EU member states, mainly from Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Romania.

We provide a tailored service for each individual or family and all aspects of our service are thoroughly recorded and monitored.
