We assist mainly asylum seekers, refugees and new migrants, but also people from the more established BME communities.
Our service users come from 120 countries, with the main communities originating from Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and Eritrea as well as from the new EU member states, mainly from Poland, Slovakia and Lithuania .
We provide a tailored service for each individual or family, and all aspects of our service are thoroughly recorded and monitored.
