How your money is spent
Without support from people like you it would be difficult for us to offer our services to the hundreds of people that need our help. In particular, your support can help to:
• Reduce levels of isolation of new migrants, asylum seekers and refugees, along with improving dignity, psychological health and independence.
• Improve access for new migrants, asylum seekers and refugees to the services they are entitled to, contributing to better communication between new and host communities.
• Increase level of employability and improve access to education, training and development for refugees and new migrants.
At RMC we have an open door service available to anyone who needs our help.
Our service helps approximately 6,000 people a year with all aspects of their lives including advice and guidance on health, education, immigration, destitution, employment, welfare benefits and many more issues. We provide dedicated support sessions for women, citizenship preparation and a M.P. surgery for specialised help especially focusing on immigration issues.
Currently we have 13 employees as well as a number of volunteers. We are based in the centre of Wolverhampton which allows easy access for our clients.
